Oh the joy and excitement that babies bring to this world! We seem to float as if we are walking on the clouds of heaven when a baby is born. Our eyes seem to sparkle and our smiles seem to stretch endlessly across our faces. The miracle of life, the love of a new baby, the joy of a new family member and today, for me, it was the arrival of my nephew, Coleman Edwin Caldwell. He was absolutely beautiful!

Madelynn, Braden and Kamryn fought for their turn to hold and love on Cole. Braden was very concerned on how quickly Cole would grow...will he grow today mama? when will he talk like me, mama? when will he walk like me, Mama? Oh, the questions were endless. As Braden was able to see and hold Coleman up close, he had one very important question for Aunt Brittny. He grabbed my hand as we walked over the Aunt Brittny's bed. "Go ahead," I nudged him..."ask your question." Braden looks up at Aunt Brittny, "Can Coleman come to my house tonight?" Smiles break out all around as Aunt Brittny gently says that Coleman can when he gets a little older. "Okay!" Braden says with excitement, "can he sleep on my trundle bed?!"
