Find your sparkle...

Life would be sweet if we could all look at life like Madelynn Nicole. Every day is a new day to have a party, have friends over and get all dressed up! Each moment in her world is an attempt to think of new ways to have a fun party and invite her friends over or simply have a party with her brother and sister. Each day she comes home from School, she is digging through her closet to put on her "party dress." The most recent popular one has been her Easter dress from last year. This morning as we were getting dressed for church, she just had to wear a fancy dress. She chose this black christmas dress. Her little eyes sparkled and her feet simply floated through the house.

As I am pulling her hair back with a black bow, her arms kept floating up as she began to twirl as much as she could while I tried to fix her hair. She simply floats... Her eyes simply sparkle...Life is a new day to enjoy what you love, to get dressed up in that dress that makes you feel beautiful...it's having fun and enjoying it...no matter what.

After spending the afternoon playing at a friends house, she came straight in, went to her closet and pulled out her Belle dress and twirled around the house! Kamryn and Braden of course joined in the fun by dressing up in Madelynn's clothes. :-)

A few weeks ago, she wore her new Hannah Montana outfit that Meme bought her for Christmas. She sparkled that morning as she went to school! That evening she said, "mama, I had the best day ever!" "That is great sweetheart, what made it so special?" I questioned. "Everyone LOVED my Hannah Montana outfit!" she said as she twirled around to model it one more time. :-) Priceless.

Life is about making sure we do what we enjoy... and do whatever it takes to make sure we feel special whether it's a new Hannah Montana outfit, a favorite song that makes you smile. We must make sure we find those moments...find whatever it is that triggers our inner sparkle. It's a sparkle that radiates through our eyes, our smile and our attitude.
After battling the flu last week, Madelynn was ready to shine brighter than ever today.
Here's to finding your sparkle within!

Cheers!
